Boerensen anniversary
Date: 11/18/2007
Picture copied and sent to me by Lawrence Hughes. He writes: "Our great grandparents [Johann and (Maria) Catharina Boerensen] at their Silver Wedding Anniversary. I think it's your grandmother [Margaretha] seated in the center with my grandmother [Maria] standing behind her. I don't know who the man is and the other two must be daughters. Can you identify them?" So far I can't. I think the photo must be a later anniversary than their Silver (25th) in 1892, since everyone looks too much old for that. Their birth years were Johann 1836, Catharina 1843, August 1868, Maria (Mary) 1869, Apollonia (Leona) 1871, Catherine (Katy) 1875, Dorothea (Dora) 1877, Margaretha (Gretchen) 1881.
